Was lovely and clean and in a great location, fresh bagels for breakfast and fresh orange juice and fruit was great for an easy quick breakfast, the lady who did the cleaning also was rely nice, lovely room with a nice view over the marina.

The property was welcoming, extremely clean, and conveniently located at walking distance to several restaurants and pubs as well as to local free parking. Nick and his family made us feel at home. He suggested so many interesting places to explore over our 3 night visit. We will definitely recommend Carrick Rooms and the Isle of Man to our friends looking for an adventurous destination!

The property is close to the bay and just 0.7 miles away from the Isle of Man Government. All basics were fully met. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Nice linens, thick towels. Great location with many restarants nearby. Multiple electrical outlets in every room. Tesco 5 minute walk. Excellent wifi.

The Sea Terminal is 1 mile away. The proprietors were wonderful to deal with over several plan changes. Meals (breakfast/dinner) were served in a wonderful "sun room," well prepared with good food options. It's only a block off the promenade (though up hill) and its convenient bus stop. They run both a "hotel" and "apartments" so there are numerous sleeping options.

Built in 19th century, this 4-star apartment is within less than 1 km of Douglas Beach and a 12-minute walk of TT Grandstand. Outdoor seating allows guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. We loved our studio apartment which was small but perfect for us and equipped with pretty much everything you could possibly need. Beautifully furnished & decorated throughout, great bathroom with a large shower, perfect central location in a historically interesting square & a super comfortable bed. To top it off, the hosts were wonderfully helpful!
