When I arrived, the reception was so naturally friendly and welcoming. The public areas were cozy, we'll designed, and with great ambiance. They have a lot of useful information for travelers and tours and services, like laundry (was much needed!). I'm so grateful to find you all and had a magnificent stay. Located along Juhu Beach, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu has 358 rooms, 3 outdoor pools, the award-winning Quan Spa and 6 dining options including a bakery. Best breakfast buffet I have ever had! Masala Dose was made to perfection. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a lovely view of the beach. Had a room on the lounge floor.

Room of decent size with modern furniture and setting. Room was clean with no disturbing odor in the toilet. The common area ,lift ,restaurant was always clean unlike other hotels where maintenance and housekeeping is poor. Modern pleasant decor of the corridor which is wide and non suffocating. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a warm and welcoming team always there at your service while being non invasive. The sugar cane juice and other fresh juices for breakfast was very enjoyable .Very pleasant surprise for my birthday whereby the room was subtly decorated, with a yummy chocolate cake offered. Thanks to Mr. Brian, Priyanka ,the crew at the restaurant and any other I may have missed. Would surely recommend the hotel

Everything was great, I came a bit earlier as expected. The staff provided me tea, took care of me. They were very helpful. I can only recommend to visit this hotel because everything is great, the rooms, the staff, the location is good.

Emerald Hotel & Service Apartments is centrally located in Juhu, just a 5-minutes walk from the beach. The Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is less than a 20-minute drive. Breakfast was not too fancy, but quality of food was good. Place is pretty old-tech, nothing new and glitzy. But staff are v helpful and accommodating, and we had a comfortable stay. Everything worked as we hoped. Just thought it was priced a little high, given there's not much in terms of luxury. But the location is the reason, I guess.
