The breakfast was good, you can order a laundry in case of any need which helped us a lot! The whole interior design with attention to details was remarkable! It is such a relaxing space with a nice pool area and sun terraces as well. We felt like in the Robinson Crusoe's book. I can only recommend this place!

This was my 3rd visit here - this shows how lovely the place is. Unspoilt natural beauty, both in the jungle and right on the lake. They have their own little deck right on the lagoon. Free kayaks to borrow or you can go on a guided tour. I recommend the jungle walk with Jacqueline - a tranquil way to start the day. The food from the restaurant was exceptional - not a huge menu which is great as everything is freshly prepared.The rooms / cabins are tastefully simple. This is my favourite place to stay in Mexico - in fact probably the whole world!!

The cottages have their own terrace with hammocks and there are mosquito nets on each window. The staff are super friendly and work hard to keep you happy! Set in Bacalar, Playa Laguna Bacalar Beach Front features a garden, private beach area, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available and the hotel also offers car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. We had an amazing two night stay! The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.

The breakfast is really good.

Popular points of interest near Hotel B10 - Distinctive Hotel- include Playa del Carmen Beach, ADO International Bus Station and Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal. Cozumel International Airport is 34 km away. Very surprised about the accommodation, great room, great location, all the staff were very friendly and helpfully. We extended one night because we loved playa del Carmen but also because we loved this place.
