Our room was SO clean — overall truly superb with lots of lovely amenities. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

All accommodation includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an ensuite bathroom with bathrobes and luxury toiletries. Some rooms have a cooking and laundry facilities. Excellent location for shopping and dining. We had a basic twin room and a king suite. Both rooms were nice and clean. The king suite was quite big and we appreciated having the kitchen to use for our breakfasts (they provided coffee with a coffee press/kettle, tea and milk). It had a full sized dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer as well. They do provide parking, but valet only at $45/night. There are parking garages next to the hotel which likely may have had a better price. They also have a filtered water machine in the lobby, which I appreciated for refilling my water bottle.

The property is non-smoking and is set 6.6 km from Auckland Harbour Bridge. The house was well-maintained and cleaned properly. Plenty of amenities were provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hair dryer). Also the host was really kind and helpful.

For guests with children, the apartment offers an indoor play area. Windsurfing, fishing and canoeing are possible within the area, and family friendly 3BR flat - 3min walk to the beach - self contained offers water sports facilities. Friendly hosts, attention to detail with basic food left for us. The accomodation was extremely welcoming and comfortable for the family and off road parking plus being near to the beach and amenities was a bonus.
