Was a perfect place to spend one night near Port Vila without having to be in the city. I loved the tiny village nearby, went to local kava bar and was welcomed so wonderfully as well as at a little street food stand that had local specialties. Walking around the property was wonderful with many gorgeous views out on the water. The room itself is all new and nice - much higher quality than most accomodation on the islands. Is set-up more for long term stay (with laundry and kitchen) but I thought it was perfect to be in nature.

Loved the seaside setting in a lagoon like and quiet strip of the Efate coast.north of Port Vila. Quality bar food, lovely fresh fish and the staff made every effort to ensure our needs were met. We didn't go fishing, unlike mosti of the guests, but found it a great place for short beach walks, swimming and just relaxing with a book for 3 nights.

M Resort & Spa was just a perfect hideaway for us. It’s located by a beautiful reef where you can go snorkelling and stand up paddling. The equipment is provided by the hotel. They also organized a boat trip to Lelepa island for us. The food was delicious and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It was just a perfect stay! Would definitely come back one day!

At the resort, rooms are fitted with a wardrobe and a patio with a garden view. South Pacific Memories provides some units with sea views, and the rooms are fitted with a balcony. All rooms will provide guests with a fridge. We spent 6 nights at South Pacific Memories following a two week sailing and scuba diving cruise to various islands of Vanuatu. With only 4 bungalows SPM is a cozy place far enough away from Port Vila for a perfectly relaxing holiday. Nothing much to do out there except for chilling in the shade of the wonderful trees or on the coral beach or swimming in front of the resort (which exactly was what we were looking for). Did a couple of dives with on site PADI dive shop including a (highly recommended) night dive. Lots of small fish in big variety but not much coral due to a Crown of Thorn invasion in 2017. But it seems that the coral are growing again. Very family type and relaxed atmosphere with wonderful hosts Anne & Petter (Norwegian). We enjoyed the tapas style lunch every day and the excellent dinner six days a week (no dinner on Mondays). Highly recommended boutique resort for those looking for tranquility and relaxation (or have a rent-car…Port Vila is a 30 min drive only).

Parking on-site is available and the bed and breakfast also features car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Really phenomenal location with the most pleasant hosts. You have the entire 1.6km of waterfront essentially to yourself with many areas for swimming and resting. I loved the well manicured space around the house, the two doggies happily running around, and the overall energy of the space. The room was comfortable enough for a few days and I especially enjoyed the day bed for reading and napping. The breakfast was really something to look forward to - always different and delicious. Dinners were also great, exploring different cuisines. Would love to return!
