Our second-floor double room, really a "one-bedroom suite", had amazing views of the Inlet with its birdlife — I even saw ducks filing past one morning! Our room was cosy, with a very comfy bed and great shower with nice amenities. Although breakfast is now DIY, yet generous provisons are pre-stocked in the fridge. We could then enjoy our breakfast at the table set outside our room to make the most of those views. Maria herself is a wonderful host, immensely helpful and personable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

    I really enjoyed my stay at Windrose. The facility itself was quaint and comfortable. It was close enough to Denmark town centre and still peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was just amazing and it was lovely chatting with Anna and also having cuddles with Anoushka! Will definitely book again!

    Unforgettable, great Hosts Terri and David (exceptional Chef, brilliant breakfast), the welcome is fantastic, the conversations brilliant come away feeling we have made new friends and will definately be back. The property is in a good location, quiet with "Sensational views" sunsets to remember. Plenty of local places to visit wineries, chocolate factory, great coastline and beaches.

    We loved this charming B&B, the warm welcome, the fantastic breakfast, the surroundings (in the nature, our rooms were facing a little pond), the beautiful designed rooms, the owners' attention to little details, the common room with books, TV... everything was perfect and we definitely should have stayed longer !!! For us a perfect location to head straight to Ocean Beach and Light Beach. A little quiet haven we can only recommend.
