This is one of the top three properties that we have stayed in Europe thus far! Simply amazing in terms of facilities, cleanliness, location and comfort. Special thanks to our host, Veerle, for her professional yet warm hospitality. We will book this property in a heartbeat every time we visit Ieper/Ypres, and will highly recommend everyone to choose the same. You will be at stone's throw from the cathedral, the city center, the museum, several good restaurants, but still, in a relatively quiet zone. If you come by train, as we did, it was a breeze to walk just about 10 minutes to reach this place. The room (we got "The View") was exceptionally spacious, with a high ceiling, and extremely well-appointed. The bathroom was generously stocked, boasting a Japanese-style toilet (with automatic bidet). The decor was really classy, yet providing all modern amenities in a cozy ambiance. There is a homely lounge area downstairs, with coffee/tea making facilities. We availed the breakfast during our stay, and Veerle was kind to make us wonderful eggs, pancakes and yogurt parfaits every morning. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this property!

He's the one preparing breakfast for you in front of you in his state of the art kitchen. He will prepare anything you wish for and in abundance! The friendliest host possible who went out of her way to he kind and helpful. We had to leave before the official breakfast time (we needed to get to Dunkirk for a ferry), so she prepared before and left it for us in the fridge. Brilliant.
