The suburban atmosphere of Stockel is quite different from downtown Brussels: it is calm and you can find excellent restaurants in the area. But the metro takes you to the city center in seconds. Regarding breakfast, we agreed with Regis that the nearby Match serves an excellent breakfast, so I used it instead.
