The furnishings are modern and new and the breakfast is rich and can be tailor made for each guest. The area is quiet and one can make walks in the town around and the countryside. It has easy access by car and a spacious parking.

Everything in the room was finished to a very high standard. There was nothing missing in the room. It had all been very well thought out. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice . The surrounding area is very quiet, and there is outdoor seating to take in the peace and tranquillity. I would thoroughly recommend this place.

Rarely seen such an aesthetically yet comfortably furnished B&B. I had the 'Zwalwennest' room, a cozy bed and a great view with a window front into the garden and the fields behind it. There is no oversized luxury here, the furnishing is functional - but still super elegant with a lot of flair. Everything very clean. A breakfast to die for! Various fresh fruit, homemade jam, apple juice from the fruit farmer next door, fresh cheese in whole or in slices, sausage, freshly baked rolls and slices of bread while still warm, a bite-sized piece of freshly baked cake, a glass of homemade crunchy yoghurt. You sit in the open dining room kitchen and watch how Ann (the owner) prepares either a fried egg sunny side up or a delicious boiled egg...

Super beautiful, picturesque place. It’s on the countryside; once inside this beautiful old building with its serene garden with pool area, you almost forget the B&B is actually located inside a small town center with all amenities nearby. Well worth a detour!

To be perfectly honest I initially thought we arrived at the wrong property it looked so good!, however the guesthouse is exceptional probably the best place i have ever stayed. Mike and Dorien our hosts were attentive and could not do enough to make us feel comfortable. The whole place was immaculately clean. The room was great, shower amazing and the breakfast was just perfect. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool and garden but did have a wander and watched the fish. Mike even went out and bought decaffeinated coffee for us! All in all just perfect and highly recommended

Simply the best for a (romantic) getaway. The host Mrs Ira is very enthusiastic and passionate about her BNB. She lives her place with heart and soul. You have a standalone house in the garden (BEAUTIFULL GARDEN), with acces to the parking, the garden and the pool and poolhouse. The breakfast is "hors du commun". We are totally in love with this place.
