carrie was a pleasant and gracious host and was very communicative and easy to reach throughout our stay. the space itself was beautiful - elegant old world interior, but with all the conveniences and amenities you would want in a modern accommodation. we loved the fire place in our room and the candle warmer in the dining room - so cozy and welcoming, especially given the winter weather when we stayed. breakfast was simple, delicious, and nourishing - the perfect way to start a day of exploring the local area.

Wanda and Kacper were wonderful and accommodating hosts. The facility is beautiful, the room was spacious and well appointed and the gardens were a delight to behold. The breakfast was 5-star and made exactly to order. We dined in the garden surrounded by the most lovely rose garden. The B&B is an easy 15 minute walk to the center of town and the theaters. We had a wonderful time and will return to 627 King in the near future. Doug and Deb

This place was such a great find for our 3 day trip to the area! Clean, comfortable accommodation, unbelievable freshly cooked breakfast every morning. Air con in rooms. Trish is a great host! Genuinely, the nicest b&b we have ever stayed in!

They very nicely renovated the old hotel without losing it character. Way beter price value then the hotels in Niagara Falls or in the old town. Breakfast is made freshly by the local chef and they were so sweet to bake a vegetarian quiche just for us.

Everything! From the staff, to breakfasts, to location, to decor and the backyard. Very comfy and laidback place. The staff are one of the nicest people ever and their breakfasts are out of this world. 15 minutes by car to Niagara Falls and a 5-minute walk to the nearest vineyard/winery.
