The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfest was prepared for self-serving. The room was clean and housekeeping was done each day. There is possible to have a lunch (not included) - it was nice before our leaving to Santiago.

Location was perfect and safe for a hire car to be left outside. If you are in Valparaiso, they say it is unsafe to leave your car, so you must be careful. Great view from the rooftop to watch the sunset. Breakfast was perfecto too 👌

    Great location, on a quiet street, but very close to beach, bars and restaurants. Easy access to metro as well. Patricio is a friendly and helpful host, speaking excellent english with all sorts of tips and information that made the stay a really good one. My room was comfortable and there is a very nice terrace for the those warn days and nights too. I was a light eater of breakfast so did not eat a lot, but there were plenty of options.
