Great place between Fortuna and Monteverde with a great room, really beautiful surroundings, lovely owners and amazing tasting food. Like we loved it, felt very welcoming and really relaxed vibes! Though we stayed 2 nights and did a long 3.5h hike in between, could easily stayed longer. gracias Rob & Monika

Carole & Paul are the nicest hosts. The room is beautiful, everything is new and super clean. They make fresh breakfast every morning and it’s fenomenal, super fresh, large portions and we got every morning a different breakfast (we stayed 2 nights). The view is breathtaking over the lake. They have free kayaks to use aswel. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was lovely and different each morning. It was so fresh with plenty of fruit and lovely coconut bread. It was lovely to have breakfast and watch the birds enjoying the fruit that is put out for them each morning. We also had dinner each evening and the menu was so varied and very international. Eyal is a fantastic host, he is a big character and is so welcoming to all guests. The food was absolutely incredible and we ate in each evening as we did not want to go out and miss his wonderful food. Truly outstanding flavours and quality. Such a beautiful setting. Our room was the jungle room and we loved the jungle theme decoration. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. We had a really good balcony overlooking the lake.

Everything was perfect. We had a lot of rain during our stay in lake arenal and tanks to this property, we had a great time.

Great location, but is better to rent a car to get there. Was not a problem for us, beacause we have a car. Parking available and free. Amazing view to the lake. Great garden in front of our terrace. Cleanleness. Good breakfast with an amazing tea made with plants harvested from garden. Gorgeous view from the breakfast terrace. We received an upgrade for the room, which it was great, so we were very pleased for that. Great staff. Definetely I recommend this place to everyone hwo want to enjoy the nature and feel the real vibe of Costa Rica

The host was so friendly, helpful, and charming - he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had a spectacular view of Lake Arenal, and the sunset was fantastic. We were treated to a delicious breakfast with gallo pinto, scrambled eggs, ham, local fruit and cheese, and homemade gluten free bread with local coffee and fruit juice.

The property was beautiful and our host was so nice pointing out a sloth in the tree in the morning as well as a toucan. There were two swings our kids loved and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We highly recommend this property especially to families.
