If you like getting away from everything and enjoying a peaceful location all to yourself this is the perfect spot. The view from the property is outstanding. The walks and surrounding mountains are awe inspiring. We really enjoyed our stay at this new listing. Our host was welcoming, the house was super clean and the evening meal was tasty and all homemade. Our hosts very kindly helped with finding a private car to the coast when we needed to leave and couldn’t have been more helpful. Definitely a good place to spend a night or 2

Beautiful apartment with modern up to date amenities. Beautiful mountain view. Nice breakfast. Our host and her husband were lovely. Very friendly and nice to talk to. Also very informative about hikes on the island. I truly enjoyed my stay there.

Location is flawless - on a quiet street, but just off the main road. Aluguars stop virtually opposite the property and are very frequent, both going up the Paul Valley and along the coastal road. There is a little mini market just around the corner, open until 20:00. The owner is super - helpful and able to advise on all the best walks in the area. He suggested a much better walk than the one we initially wanted to do; he had maps and suggested places to eat. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the balcony was a nice bonus. The kitchen area is really nice, half al-fresco. All the staff were lovely and kind and very helpful. The internet works fine - there are 2 networks to choose from. I was also very grateful to have access to a guest fridge in the kitchen area. We regretted cancelling one of the 2 nights we'd initially wanted to stay and only staying 1. For bonus points, there is also a little 8-week-old puppy :)

Everything was absolutely perfect. It was by far the best place we stayed in Cabo Verde. The view is breathtaking and the food is amazing. We would stay only here again.

Casa BB&Djassi felt like home - with big thanks to the ladies who take amazing care of the house and their guests, Talyna, Djenny and Ana. The rooms are comfortable, the location great and it was just a happy place to be. I’m not the only one who extended my stay while there! Communication was also excellent - with the team accommodating my request for good internet in my room, as well as providing multiple options to work across the house. I’ll definitely be back. If you are looking for an opportunity to get in touch and support a beatiful local community this is the place to be. You will eat (the best!) local food and if you’re willing to, you will be embraced by a whole community that is always smiling and likes a good chat. the breakfast and dinners are plentiful and very very good. You can easily pass on having lunch during the day when you are hiking. the rooms are very confy and you will have all you need. the view and the surroundings are stunning. this is an association created and led by local women. they will arrange the transportation if you ask for it.
