Kasa was extremely comfortable, modern, and well-designed. Food portions were very generous, excellent wifi, and there was also free drinking water (instead of having to buy small bottles all the time). Ana helped with planning my hikes and organizing a guide. It's not too long a walk to Paul to catch the aluguers though it's important to keep in mind the island is huge and it takes time and money to get around. I regretted moving to another area b/c I really loved my stay here.

I spent 4 days here with a friend and we had such a lovely time staying at Antonio’s hotel. The hotel is tucked away in Eito (around 20mins walk to Pombas) and surrounded by lush vegetation.. a real disconnection from real life :) That being said the wifi works really well if needs be. Antonio was a great help suggesting hikes and restaurants in the area as well as being super friendly. The added bonuses were the breakfast to get ready for the long walks and the pool afterwards! Thanks to Antonio and your team for making the stay super memorable.

You will eat (the best!) local food and if you’re willing to, you will be embraced by a whole community that is always smiling and likes a good chat. the breakfast and dinners are plentiful and very very good. You can easily pass on having lunch during the day when you are hiking. the rooms are very confy and you will have all you need. the view and the surroundings are stunning. this is an association created and led by local women. they will arrange the transportation if you ask for it.

Great location in this cute town - next to some nice places to eat and with views of the mountains and coast. Also in a good location to do the hike to Fontanillas. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the area is quiet at night - with the window open you can hear the sea. Also, a lovely breakfast.
