The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were trying their best to help. We arrived late but they still offered us a fresh, tasty dinner and freshly made pineapple juice. The facilities and rooms aren't new and shiny, but they are kept very clean - we won't see any dust or dirt in this place. You can go to the rooftop restaurant and take a look at see from there.

    Excellent place to stay. We used it to bridge the time between two cruises. Bus station to Santo Domingo in walking distance. Very clean place. Hot water in shower. Silent A/C. Spacy living room to meet other travellers. Very nice interior. Fantastic hosts, that were very friendly, exceptional helpful that let one feel really at home. We got pampered. Safe and quiet place to stay. French or Spanish knowledge is an advantage. Have not been to places like this that often.

    The room and the common area were clean and decorated nicely. Bathroom was a nice size. The owners were nice and even booked us a cheaper taxi than what we were originally offerred by a taxi firm. Prepare to speak in Spanish or French or use google translate. The room had ac. The area is safe.
