Very convenient location, there was a festival on in Guernica, San Roque, the whole town was in blue and white and danced the night away, which I did too. It was fantastic. And when I went to bed around midnight or even before, I dodn;t even notice the noise as it quietened down. Was really lovely

The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a cafe downstairs and a nice little garden, and it's in a quiet neighbourhood. It offered good value for money and a great base for exploring Durango and the nearby Urkiola Natural Park. This was our second visit to Errota Ostatua and we'd definitely come back again.

Set in Getaria, Katrapona is a recently renovated accommodation, 200 metres from Playa de Malkorbe and 25 km from La Concha Promenade.

Excellent friendly helpful staff. Restaurant very flexible. We arrived late at 10.30 pm having had a car breakdown en route. The restaurant was still open so we had a good meal. We received a free upgrade to our room. Simple air conditioning which actually worked. Lively bar with good simple food. Very central.

Aristondo Pentsioa was an ideal place to stay. I'm on the Camino del Norte and pick this place to stay 2 nights and take a rest day. The location and the room were wonderful. It was the people who made it extra special. Joaquín and his crew are helpful, kind, and gracious hosts. Their restaurant below was a bonus. The town was also a treat to visit. I hope to return one day.
