Nice room in a new house, kitchen and living room shared with the 2nd room they have for rent. Beautiful view from high over Bastia, but only a 6 min drive to the harbor to catch the first ferry in the morning. Price is good value, but it has potential for a better rating if it would be cleaner better.

Very comfortable room, with everything you could want, even tea and coffee facilities. Phil the host was very friendly and helpful, and a fabulous breakfast with lots of local produce was taken outside in his beautiful garden. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and designed with taste and attention to detail. The whole house is full of character and history, brought back to life by Annick, who is a lovely host who genuinely cares about her guests. The location is pretty good as well - it is a 10-minute walk to the centre of Oletta. We'd come again and highly recommend staying here.

Set in the small village of Rutali, you are treated to peace and quiet as well as beautiful vistas of the Corsican mountains. The gardens are amazing with the smell of lavender in the air and the chime of the local church. The room we had was perfect for our needs. We went to a supermarket (15min drive) and cooked most evenings in the fully equipped kitchen but you can get breakfast and dinner each day for a fee which is delicious (try the shepherd’s platter). Claude is a lovely host. He showed us around and gave great recommendations of what to see in the local area. We liked that he was happy to chat or leave you to chill out depending on what you wanted. It’s helpful to brush up on your french phrases as not everyone speaks English. There is also a cute, friendly white cat that makes it’s home there. We will miss staying here. Thank you for a truly wonderful place for our honeymoon.
