Everything. The kindness, attention to details, flexibility and help of the owner (Clémence). The charm of the house furbished with a local touch. The breakfast, including home made cakes - and a little chocolate gift for our daughter for Easter. A detail, but the open shelves and hangers in the room were very practical to store items for our stay. It's a really pleasant place to stay, in the middle of the wine region, easy access to many chateaux. Public parking is possible in front of the house and free of charge. A great value for the price you pay. We hope to be back one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nathalie and her team were charming, extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast each morning which included a range of homemade breads, cake with yoghurt, fruit etc. Quite a spread! The location works well to explore the Bordeaux area with visits to chateaux and superb local restaurants. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here - it’s a beautiful house that is so carefully decorated and comfortable. I’ve stayed at many guesthouses in Europe and my wife and I have never experienced a host so helpful and kind as Pascale. She made the most incredible breakfast of homemade and fresh foods that you get to choose the night before (very good idea!). Her breakfast was 10x better than what we could get at any restaurant. We booked the room quite late so we didn’t get dinner with her but heard from other guests that it was the best duck they have ever eaten. Also, she is so invested that her guests have a good experience in the city - she makes lots of suggestions and calls and massages reservations for you. It’s really such a great experience! I can’t recommend it enough! ❤️

Everything... We happened across this place for one night, and stayed for two because it was so good! Marie-Ange and Jean-Luc are outstanding hosts! The breakfast including homemade jams is devine! The pool is cool on a hot day which is perfect - and Marie-Ange and Jean Luc make you feel like part of the family!

This hotel was absolutely GORGEOUS – like honestly everything about it both inside and outside was stunning! It was in an old chateau that had been purchased and converted by a couple (who also run it) and you can tell that they put so much love, care, and thought into the renovation. The decorations were so cute and the hotel overall was warm and welcoming. It's quite a small hotel too, so it really feels like a personal experience. Kelly and Elian were so welcoming and made our stay super comfortable. They also offer cocktails, wines, beers, and a cheese and charcuterie board which they prepare themselves. We purchased the board and drinks and everything was so delicious! Our stay also included a breakfast of pastries, yogurt with granola, coffee, juice, and eggs. We stayed in the Family Suite and it was super spacious and the beds were super comfortable. It was too cold to use the pool but in the summer, that would be an extra plus! This hotel was truly amazing and an excellent value for money. A must for anyone visiting Bordeaux or the Médoc region
