Staff is amazing and very supportive. The man who checked me in was very helpful and gave me the best room possible. I would like to say thank you for that. The flat was very nice! The ladies who served me breakfast they were both amazing! Location is perfect, very next to the train station. If I ever go back to Brentwood I will definitely stay there again! Super recommend.

Nothing negative to say here - I stayed in what you’d call the tiny single room under the stairs, I’m 6ft 2 and I’m not complaining, you get what you pay for in life. I did not pay £400 as you would for the Mayfair so you don’t expect that as some people expect more! £35 for 1 night, good night sleep, bed was comfortable, working tv & big fridge with tea facilities. Free car park. Hot radiator for this cold time of the year and a window. 1 happy customer that will return again :) staff member on arrival also to note very polite & genuine. Thank you

Last time I stayed in Dagenham the hotel was okay but this is exceptional clean tidy modern great facilities a garden parking was no issue and the transaction in communication absolutely spot on which is important when you traveling you need quick response especially as I leave my booking to last minute, I appreciate the work that's gone into this property thank you for making it such a nice stay.

I loved the cleanliness of the little flatlet, and also smells very fresh, I saw a sign.of aerating the flat by opening the windows. The lodge is not far from Woolwich arsenal for trains to the Central London , South eastern rail and Thameslink that goes to London Pancras and DLR via East London to central London ,Royal arsenal for Elisabeth line and the ferry. The Lodge is in the perfect location. The owner was a very pleasant lady.It is the gem to be at,when one needs a stay.

Just how wonderfully it had been restored with up to date comforts and amazing en-suite with super cool barn doors and sash windows you can open!!! We slept like babies in the bed after a lovely meal in the restaurant and woke up refreshed before having showers to our next stop - will definitely recommend to everyone and eat/stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay x

I had a very nice stay. The location is easy to find and close to the metro station (2 minutes) and any shop, you have access to anything you want. The room looked very good, a comfortable bed, modern with a wardrobe. The bathroom is shared but always clean, as is the kitchen. I highly recommend 10+
