We really liked the attention of the staff. very friendly and familiar. We arrived very early but they stored our suitcases and cleaned the room earlier so we could check in ahead of time. The location is perfect since it is a 20-minute walk away and a few minutes by public transport. It gave us the opportunity to see very beautiful residential areas.

Beautiful, spacious room with fireplace and high ceiling. Very clean, very comfortable. In the hallway we could use the microwave, dishes and cutlery. Our host was most gracious and accommodating. Parking in front of house was free. Shopping center across the street. Easy instructions. Bus connection to edinburgh city center 20 min.

    Location was excellent. Tucked away, surrounded by a large well kept garden making the property quiet and private. The room was a in a separate coach house annex with its own little patio area. Good coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge.
