Our room was very cozy, clean with a wonderful shower and a big comfy bed. The hosts were so kind, their breakfasts were amazing and the views from the lodge are beautiful. We felt very welcomed and if we’re ever around the area again, we will definitely stay there again.

Most amazing place to stay.Arrived late after stressful day with sat nav,greeted warmly by hostess,enfolded in care ,she organised for us to get dinner and a much needed drink.Breakfast was wonderful,the acvomodation was exceptional

I think this is the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. I'm just sorry we couldn't have stayed longer. (Would have liked to have tried the hot tub! So thoughtfully presented - even a deep sleep pillow spray as well as fresh flowers. The setting is beautiful too. Very quiet and peaceful.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, en suite. The bed is super comfy. Location is fantastic, few steps up the hill you have a panoramic view of the bay, accross to Strangford and it was the day of the festival so they had a spotlight. The night ferry looked magic with all the lights. The host, Sandra is a very nice and knowledgeable person, she gave me an evening tour of Portaferry and this was the most enjoyable then travelling solo. Also she texted me in advance about the festival so was able to change my plan due to traffic.
