We loved the comfortable bedding, the modernised bathroom, the quality of the breakfast, the toiletries and the complimentary drinks. We also made use of the lounge which provided us with a wonderful additional space. The free parking is a real bonus. Mark sent us the information we needed beforehand and, despiting not meeting him in person, he was very friendly and approachable.
