Absolutely fantastic 2 night stay here. This location was perfect with free street parking and just a stones throw away from the beach and amusements. Colin is a fantastic host and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and we can't forget the beautiful Frank (the little sosage dog), missing his cuddles already. Everything, lovely gardens clean & comfortable. Chrisy cooked a fabulous breakfast and the local pub Black Lion was a great place for dinner 10mins down the road.

Breakfast was very good, varied and well done. My room was on the ground floor and there was no noise from the outside at all. It's very well located if you go to Colwyn Bay by train.
