The manager Jay was very friendly and helpful. So are all the rest of the staff I met, Ahmed, the night duty manager, the two housekeeping ladies and the two ladies that made breakfast for me during my entire 27-night stay. My room was very clean, and cozy and had a separate bathroom. I also noticed that the public loo, bath room and shower room were very clean and tidy as well. The location of the lodge is fairly good because there are a convenience store and a bus stop right next to it, and it is just a few minutes away from the street where you can find plenty of restaurants.

I paid a lot of money for this room just to enjoy top quality standards and this is the perfect hotel if you want to catch your flight at Heathrow. The room I was given was a penthouse and it was well-designed perfectly throughout. The bed was luxurious as well as bathroom and the whole bedroom with fan and TV. And the lighting was top class as well it really give me perfect vibes. I feel delighted by this experience. Thank you guesthouse for this time.

I chose this hotel because I had an early morning flight. Although my stay was short, the staff was very kind, they upgraded me to a room with a private shower and even got up early in the morning to take me to the bus stop to the airport. Fantastic B & B. Everything about this property was top drawer. Furniture in room was really nice. We had a lovely breakfast and our host, Caroline, was just wonderful. Told us about local restaurants and we had to go into London and gave us advice on what was the easiest way to get to the station. We had to leave early to get to Heathrow and they opened the dining area early for us. Nothing seemed to difficult for them.
