Friendly family run business. Best welcome I've had at a guest house ever. Instantly felt at home, love this place and the people. Huge kitchen, shared area, great Internet, very clean, lots of facilities including gym equipment, would stay here again to be around the people here, truly good people and I'm very thankful to them.

Location was just a short walk from the beach and close to lots of good restaurants and cafes. The beach is an excellent location for collecting sea glass. The room was superb, clean, warm (as we visited during Winter) with tea and coffee making facilities and an excellent rainfall shower. It is an unmanned hotel but the access instructions we received on the morning were easy to follow. I was able to communicate with the property via text when I had a question. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

the room was 100% clean fresh and airy, although a restaurant downstairs could her no noise only from the staff going to the back for supplies all quiet after 10pm step out of the property and into the centre shops bars etc 😀 wonderful looking forward to my week stay in August

Gloriously restored Victorian in the perfect blend of old and modern. The breakfast was totally gourmet. The chef was amazing. With a perfect vista of the cathedral. Truly a memorable experience.
