Nicola, wonderful host. Provided a hot n hearty breakfast, cooked to order. Cottage is a good size, charming n warm... underfloor heating :) V.comfy king-size bed, tea n pod coffee w milk provided. Plenty of fluffy white towels w bonus towel robes in the cupboard! Toiletries also provided. Parking provided on the property. Nicola recommended The Boat Restaurant, [near Hollies Farm B&B]. Dinner was OUTSTANDING!!! This place also provides for kids. Go! You won't regret it :]

Beautiful place, quirky, very clean, very quiet, lovely views. The host was very nice and lovely continental breakfast, bed was really comfortable and rooms are quite big.

What a fantastic location and property. Attentive and friendly host who made us feel very welcome. Beautiful characterful property. Lovely room with super comfortable super king bed. Quiet and peaceful. Close to pubs, canal, walks, aquaduct etc. Oodles of easy onsite parking.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner gave us a warm welcome and many useful suggestions. The room was amazing, large, super clean and with a superb view! Great shower. Really good and tasty breakfast. The location was perfect to visit the main sites. Would stay again!

The cowshed is in a stunning location up on the hill just outside of Llangollen. The road up the street is a little rocky so if like us you had a hire car you may want to go very slow. The room itself surpassed expectations it was beautiful! The bed was comfy, there were lovely chairs to lounge in and read and the terrace had a little table and chairs if you wanted to sit outside or have breakfast out there. The owner, was so friendly offering recommendations for food and they brought breakfast (croissants, toast, fruit, yoghurt and orange juice) which was an unexpected bonus. For me the highlight was the bath, it is a delight and a nice way to relax at the end of the day. If I were back in the area I would stay here again without hesitation.

It was perfect. Lovely people that did their best to allow us to have a pleasent stay. We have been looking for some peace and quiet in a proper welsh country house. The house is as traditional as it can get, but not missing out any of the modern ameneties. You can tell it is well maintained. Also everything was very clean. Slept like rocks in the beds and enjoyed the flat and salon. Just 10 min scenic walk and you end up in Druid Inn Pub thats serves good food (call for table before). I really recommend staying here.
