Hospitality and service were outstanding. Joanna the owner of the B&B and restaurant is just great. She made us feel as if we were at home. Food was great, sunday roast diner was great.

It was a great room and total value for money. It was bright clean and airy with a nice view of the street and we loved the set up for Teas and coffees and breakfast the next day. The staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble and our evening meal was really nice and again exceptional value for money. We were walking Hadrian's Wall trail and Wylam is literally a short walk from it. They were brilliant with our baggage, accommodating the luggage transfer and even putting it in the room before arrival.

We were very late for the check in time, but the staff was extremely kind and waited for us til 1:30am. The rooms were very clean and spacios. The location from airport - perfect. It was quiet around and the beds were comfortable :)

Close to the airport, very accommodating. I usually arrive around midnight and clear instructions are left for me re the room key.

The location was perfect for where i was going My room was immaculate and each room has it’s own fridge which is brilliant I went with friends who stayed in another equally immaculate room and we found the communal kitchen with facilities to share takeaway together/chat after night out brilliant It’s a ten from Len 😃

A lot of thought was put into this with the ponds, and outdoor games. Sad I could only stay a short while as it would be quite nice to have a small family/ friends stay there for a few days.
