The owners are the most helpful and kind hosts that I have ever met. The quality of room service is simply exceptional. Breakfast, in a friendly atmosphere with fresh, varied and Irish food makes the stay amazing. The check in and out process very swift and flexible - absolutely fantastic. Strongly recommended!

Fabulous B&B centrally located near Dublin's city center. It was very easy to get around with bus, and the owner kindly brought me to my next destination within the area. The bed was very comfortable, and the stylish and very clean room had every comfort, including a nice coffee maker and electric kettle. Very relaxing shower! I highly recommend this place.

location,size, staff. all fabulous. we where attending a concert in the 3arena, €15 for taxi from here. personally we didn’t have the breakfast but the friends we went with did go for breakfast and said it was great. choice of hot food from the menu. lots of hot water, I had a bath followed by my husband taking a shower, no issues. free toiletries always a nice bonus

Well stocked Guest kitchen to use as i needed. Full cooking facilities should we have needed them. Very clean and warm. Definitely be back if they will have me in my dirty work clothes again..

Location was ideal for temple bar, visiting Guinness Storehouse etc… Perfect 5/10 minute walk from everything touristy! Very clean and tidy, comfortable beds and shower was amazing. Didn’t have to deal with staff as such because room and door codes are provided. Rooms still cleaned/ made up at some point in the day as well which is a nice touch! Good little fridge in the room too which was ideal. Value for money was decent, certainly better than the other options in the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.
