Nice room in a lovely house, outside the city center yet close enough to walk or take a bus to the center. The property is in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. Hosts very very friendly and helpful. Despite arriving in the middle of the night due to flight delays, someone stayed up and waited for us to give us the keys to our rooms.

Number 31 is in Dublin's beautiful Georgian Mile & close to the city centre. The Property is beautifully decorated, stylish & quirky with a wonderful 1920's Art Deco Jazz theme that runs through the accommodation. The reception has a stunning sunken sofa located in the centre with an inviting fireplace. Also, the beautifully landscaped garden is another outstanding feature of Number 31. The staff are all warm & very welcoming. A big shout out to Delia & Molly who provided a stunning breakfast each morning. Delia's breakfasts are a great & wholesome start to the day. We had a very comfortable one night stay at Jimmy and Mary’s excellent B and B. They are so friendly - Jimmy offered us whisky nightcaps on arrival (it was after dinner!). The room was large and nicely decorated and very comfortable. We slept very well. We didn’t have time to enjoy the outside seating but it would be lovely on a summer day. The breakfast was outstanding including fresh fruit, lots f delicious cooked options, pastries and more.

It was room only though the host provided a private fridge and cupboard in the kitchen, with full use of kitchen facilities..the host was kind enough to provide food essentials and goodies in our fridge. The hosts were wonderful welcoming people and nothing was too much bother for them. They were a wealth of information regarding surrounding areas to visit and places to eat. It was total luxury for the 4 days we were there and the rooms were so big and luxury carpet throughout..best accommodation I have ever been in..
