Even though the river nearby was dry during my visit, the peaceful landscape and open land had a beauty of their own. A special shoutout to Vishnu, the manager (and possibly the owner)—his hospitality was heartfelt and genuine, making the stay feel even more personal. Being there reminded me so much of spending time at my grandma’s house, only with a touch of luxury. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, this place is a hidden gem.

The view from our room was simply breathtaking, and the service was top-notch. The room was sparkling clean, and the bedsheets were crisp and fresh. What really stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the staff and owner. They treated us like family, taking care of our every need. They personally even helped us with food arrangements for our year old little one which was a huge relief. But what truly impressed us was the owner's exceptional loyalty and dedication to his guests. He's really a genuine person, which is rare to find in the hospitality industry. He genuinely cares about his guests' experiences and goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort. After scouting around valparai to find a stay, we found this to be an exceptional value compared to other hotels in the area. While others were overpriced and lacking in amenities, but Zen vista offered a perfect blend of quality service and affordability compared to other hotels here. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit to valparai, and I highly recommend this to couples and families for a peaceful stay. We really had a memorable experience..

Room is very clean. Building is new so room and other amenities are very good. If you are looking for an room with view. Then its not suggested. To have a good rest and sleep it will be too good.
