The property is great value for money in every way. The icing on the cake is that Elena is the best host ever. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and ensured our stay was pleasant. The property is a stone's throw from the tram station and has plenty of options for dining nearby as well.

The property is fantastic! The room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, close to the stadium and well connected by public transport (bus, tram, and metro). The hosts were extremely kind and attentive to our needs. I often choose hotels instead of apartment solutions but gave this a go after reading about it. Alberto the owner gave nice service after booking, before coming via whatsup and appointment to check in, so smooth and easy. Liked the feeling of staying in a colourful home with personal details and for what we need it served our purpose. Some of the restaurants/wine bars, bakery/cafe and great deli store Terroir we wanted to go to during our day is quite near this area. Would stay again.
