+ The location is close to the railway station which is perfect when you arrive or leaving the city and want to drop/leave your luggage here. Yes, the lady was so amazing that she let us keep it here even after check-out. ❤️ + The room was really clean and we had everything we needed there. + Breakfast is included and made directly by the owner. This was really sweet of her.

Fantastic place!! Centrally located, outstanding little hotel in an old house - completely newly refurbished. Very nice and helpful staff. When arriving, you are welcomed like a member of family. They served breakfast even earlier on the departure day, as our train left early! Breakfast is just wonderful, with freshly squeezed orange juice, pancake with marple sirup, etc, etc. Room was spacious and quiet. Hotel centrally located and 13 minutes by foot to the station. (5 to the metro). We could have stayed forever : )

I loved the ambience and location of the apartment!! It's very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The highlight is its location - just above a beautiful lively square (remember to close the windows tightly before going to sleep;). You have only few steps from all the important places to visit. The host - Veronica was always very helpful and responsive :)

Well located, easy to drive to, parking outside the door. The area its located in is a charming ,quiet residential area with good security. Also an easy walk to the Metro to access the centre of Brescia. The Owner was very helpful in checking us in early, helped with luggage and navigating the Metro. Very friendly, helpful guy. Our suite was spacious and clean, very modern with good facilities such as bathroom/toilets etc. Breakfast was in the kitchen which was fine and comfortable.
