Warm and welcoming and especially at the breakfast he’s having a chat with all his guests individually. He’s asking for needs, daily plans and is giving nice recommendations. We stayed in Forsters Nest, which is located like in the second row behind the hotels and you can enjoy a beautiful lake view from the balcony. It has its own kitchen as well and the bathroom is very spacious. Great place to stay!
