Fantastic place to stay. Loved that there was an electric kettle and fridge in our room. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, as was being so close to the water and hearing the waves lap against the wall at night. Extremely welcoming hostess and having someone on hand to provide us with a map and all the information we needed in English was appreciated. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again.

Luca was super kind, helpful and patient with all my questions. We had a late arrival and his messages and note was completely detailed for us to check in our room on our own. Room was beautiful. Breakfast on time and delicious every morning. View from room was very nice. Location was so convenient to everything: boat to airport, restaurants, convenience stores. Throughout the apartment, there were guides and books which I found useful for Venice history as I explored the city. Luca even was so accommodating to deliver breakfast earlier so we could catch the boat to the airport on time. No needed but so appreciated for our journey home. Thanks Luca.

We got a room upgrade - the whole appartment with the own personal dock to the grand canal! In fact the place was even too big for us to use for one night :) What really makes the whole place special is the staff - really the most kind, helpfull and cherfull. Thank you for everything!

The room is beautifully decorated. A travel in time to Venice in the 19th century. The hotel location is so convenient, couple of steps from the center yet slightly away from the packed crowd. (1min walk from San Angelo station). The staff, and especially Lia, are so welcoming and heartwarming. She made our stay feels like home. We visited on Easter and the hotel surprised us with rose petals and Easter rabbit Lindt chocolate on bed. We totally recommend this hotel and we know we'd visit again.

The apartment is brand new and the decor is beautiful, with Murano glass light fittings. Every little touch has been thoughtfully included amd very kind of our host to put water and Prosecco in the fridge. Perfect location near Rialto Bridge and a picturesque and interesting walk to Saint Mark's Square. Highly recommended 👌

    Very clean rooms and confy bed. The hotel is located along a quiet canal with restaurants and bars close by. Murano is a great location to stay in for a weekend in Venice allowing you to avoid the touristic caos. The vaporetto to Venice (15-20 min boat ride) stops is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Very friendly staff!
