Location, in the front of the building there is a shop, 1 min away is a great bakery "Majer" with great sweets & snacks. Also there is Patatina restaurant but we didn't try this one. Good that from the bus/train station we can get to the location by walk, no need to cross the canal by boat. Good AC. After check out you can leave the luggage and pick it up whenever you want.

the building is beautiful and in a nice but not too touristic location. Only a short walk from the main bus station (Piazzale Roma) and the main train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful palazzo building. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. All of the staff speaks English very well. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and the breakfast is outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and very quiet, which made it easy to relax. The staff were truly excellent – always kind and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us in the middle of the night, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything was perfect and we would be very happy to stay here again.

    Very clean rooms and confy bed. The hotel is located along a quiet canal with restaurants and bars close by. Murano is a great location to stay in for a weekend in Venice allowing you to avoid the touristic caos. The vaporetto to Venice (15-20 min boat ride) stops is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Very friendly staff!
