This lovely little hotel (aka boutique rooms) were exceptional. Fantastic location in the heart of Reggio. Spotlessly clean and nice and modern, I can't recommend this place enough along with the communication from the property since we were unfamiliar with booking accommodation in Italy. Andre was incredibly helpful and clear with instructions. Upon check out I bumped into the cleaning lady and she was so nice. The whole stay was nothing short of awesome and really great value for money. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Wonderful place, with a very friendly and helpful host. Old interior, beautiful historic style, but renovated on an absolutely modern standard. Location very central between train station and the historic city center. Reggio is not a standard destination but very much worth a visit. We’d come back any time.

It was wonderful – from the owners and staff to the apartment itself. Everything was clean, and absolutely all the amenities you might need during your stay were available – and even more. There was even a first aid kit in the cupboard, which once again shows that everything here is done with care, and you are truly welcomed. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated interior, quiet surroundings, friendly people – just like home! The owners and staff are always happy to help and keep in touch. They even left us a basket with snacks and a bottle of wine in the fridge before our arrival🥹. Nearby, there is a shop, public transport stops, and dining places. Our stay there was incredible, and I hope to come back again!🤍

This place was warm, spotless, and perfectly located; just a few minutes from the center. The check-in system works through an app, which might be a bit tricky for guests who aren’t used to smartphones (or don't have them), but once set up, everything went smoothly. Although we didn’t meet the owner in person, he was very responsive and kind, and even allowed an early check-in. All in all, a great stay and I’d definitely book it again

One of the best if not the best place in Reggio Emilia The host and the cleaning personal was super helpful and always looked the best way to stay in contact with us and help with our needs, simply great! The entire apartment was more than enough for our needs and the room was big enough and with a nice light in the mornings. It is Completely renovated and well take care of. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Reggio Emilia. A perfect where you can also interact with other guests and even make some friends:) The kitchen, bathrooms and the installations were outstanding and almost everyday the common areas were clean.

    The appartment is in a very nice and quiet location, off the city center. The walk to the city center is about 20 minutes, along a main road, very accessible and safe. It was very clean and had all the basic necessities for our stay. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and candy. Our room and the bathroom were spacious enough. There is an amazing bakery nearby and it is close to a super market and a bus station. The host was polite and answered all my messages promptly before we arrived (only in italian though).
