Staff was very friendly and attentive to details. The room was extraclean very comfy and the smell was sooo nice. The room was equipped with the latest technologies for temperature regulation, which sais a lot about this guest house - they care a lot about you and your stay. The room was not big, but it was very well thought, so we didn't feel cramped. The pillows were sooo amazing, the sleep was the sweetiest I had in the last months. Bathroom was very clean too. Also everything we had in the room like water, cookies, coffee was for free and was refilled daily. Highly recommend this place for the best stay in Milan.

The personal was veeeeeeery friendly. We talk about many thinks togheter and the personal make that you fells great there. We lost something in milano and the personal organize very fast so that he can find it and he find it also ! The view from the hotel was also very nice. The hole Hotel was very very beautiful ! We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's my first time entering a hotel room that smells like a luxury boutique. Everything was sparkling clean and the bed linen and towels were snow white. The kitchen and veranda are shared, but we felt like it was all to ourselves. We parked for free in front of the hotel.
