Very good place for stay in Volterra. It is close to the free parking Docciola (only problem from there are the steps, but not so bad). Anyway the apartment is very comfortable and cozy. It was very clean. The host Manuel was very kind and suggested us to get dinner at his restaurant where the food was delicious. Definitely reccom3nd the place for stay.

Well located inside the walls of San Gimignano - a real treat to explore the town after most tourists have left in the evening / before they arrive. The apartment is one of the few accessible by taxi but still very well located near the Main Street. Livio provided excellent recommendations for dinner and breakfast in town.

The most beautiful property in a tranquil setting run by an amazing host, Manfredi. The property has been in his family for more than 100 years. Super helpful with advice on how to make the most of your trip. Will come back and stay longer next time. Can get to San Gimignano in 5 mins.

The panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside were incredible. We also love the expansive grounds which includes rest areas, children’s play, stables and viewpoints. The staff were also very polite and helpful, including when our car had a puncture. Special shout-out to Fernando and Lorenzo for helping us out in that regard.
