An absolute gem in the heart of Siem Reap. We stayed here given we were unable to extend our stay. For the value and location this is a fantastic place to rest and relax. Only a stone throw from pub street and the big pagoda you are in the heart of the action. If you really don’t want to walk, then a tuk tuk to either of these is no more than $1. The rooms are spacious with an all round balcony to enjoy your view of the skyline. The beds are large and cosy and the staff literally go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable. The entrance is through the parking area in front of the restaurant (with breakfast served from 0600-0900). Note we didn’t notice an elevator so stairs are your option to get to the rooms. A wonderful place for the price!

Anou was excellent care taker. She was super friendly & cooperative. Due to her we got best stay. We liked the most is her sincerity to cater every possible service. We liked absolutely everything about this place. Trevor and staff are such great hosts, always asking us how our day has been and on hand to answer any questions we had. We stayed in the family suite and it was very spacious to say the least. 2 bedrooms and a massive lounge, en suite in the master bedroom as well as a bathroom. The kids swapped beds as the lounge had 2 sofa beds and I mean they are bed size. Air con worked perfectly and there's also a fan in each room too. Can't say we've stayed in much better accommodation than this. The tranquility of the pool area was sublime, enough sunbeds and loungers for everyone....no getting up early to put the towels on! The pool was big enough and the kids could play safely in the shallow end with no worries. Plenty of options at breakfast and even a cheeky bacon and egg sandwich with HP sauce! Great choice of drinks as well. There were super friendly like minded travellers from Australia and beyond always happy to chat to you. We were sad to leave to leave but what an introduction to Cambodia and Siem Reap. Honestly can't recommend this place enough, if you're ever in Siem Reap, stay here. Thanks again Trevor and if we ever come back to Siem Reap we will stay with you again.

We had an amazing stay at I KI I KI Guesthouse! The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. He was always smiling, gave us free water bottles when we asked, adapted our breakfast according to restrictions and even let us leave our things there for a whole day after check-out.

It's the perfect place. It's more of a private Airbnb than a hotel feeling. We had our own little kitchen, dining table and balcony. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. And it feels very safe. The people running it are super nice. I honestly think this place is worth much more than the price they're asking for. I would especially recommend it to couples, families or friends. If you're travelling alone and like some quiet and peace then it's great for you too. If you're looking to be more social, maybe not. The place is a few streets outside of the center which in my opinion is perfect. You can take a passapp for a bit more than a dollar or have a nice stroll into town. You're already reaching the first restaurants etc in a few minutes walk. And there's a small local market just opposite of the place so you don't have to go far. If we ever need a hotel in Siem Reap again or have friends visiting, we will 100% book this place. Good luck to the owners for the future!

it is an incredible hotel and it is brand new. feels like they really care that you have a good time in siem reap. they did my laundry, and it's the best laundry service I have ever had in cambodia. the food was awesome and very affordable. I slept great in the beds, and I probably took 3 shoerrs a day because the shower was so nice.

is a calm building inside, no noisy customers. It was calm at all time. Rooms have lots of space, are comfortable again that amazing wooden furniture and wall decoration make it into a very comfortable stay. Rooms are served with coffee, water aswell as hygiëne tools in the bathroom. The family rooms do have a bath aswell. Aircon is powerful and makes the room cool, fast. Rooms can be made fully dark to sleep by night and the silence brings u asleep in a small time. The area is close to the centre by following the riverside. After a certain hour in the evening the traffic dense is very low. Making it a peaceful place by evening night on the terras.. The prices are very low compare to the high quality you get in return. I tried many places here. Thank you so much! ❤️
