This stay exceeded our expectations! It has a more hotel-like feel and is super centrally located beside lake Gregory & close to Victoria Park. The staff were excellent and so friendly. We had a lovely breakfast and you can see an amazing sunrise over lake Gregory right from the building! There is an area for parking if needed. The room is super comfortable.

From the very beginning, communication was excellent. Thihara (the son) helped us arrange transportation from Kirinda to their accommodation, and during our stay, his father was always available whenever we needed a tuk-tuk. The prices were reasonable as well. The host mentioned that we were the first guests to stay with them with a child, and believe me, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They are an incredibly caring and kind family. The bed was comfortable, we had hot water, the internet was fast, and all the essentials were always at our disposal. Our only regret is that it rained all three days in Ella, so we couldn't fully experience its magical beauty in good weather. However, during our time indoors, the hosts took great care of us—bringing us tea, fresh juices, snacks, and sweets. On our last evening, they even prepared a lovely dinner for us, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Book this accommodation and let them pamper you!

We loved everything about this place. The view is unreal and Vihanga is the perfect host - we cannot rate it highly enough. Vihanga was super attentive throughout our stay, he be helped to organise tuk tuks into town, provided a laundry service and gave directions for our treks.

Lush in Ella is a brand new venue and a true hidden gem in the middle of the jungle. Yet it is very close to the center of the town. The owner Saman and her husband made us feel very special, especially pampering us with delicious homemade breakfasts. I hardly grade any stay with a 10, but this one deserves it completely! By far, the best place we stayed at in Sri Lanka! The hosts were amazing, always attentive, super kind, polite and had attention to every single detail. The food was great (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner). The room was out of this world, super comfortable, clean, cosy, and warm. We caught a storm while we were there, so there was not much to do outdoors, luckily there was streeming service so we spent the afternoon watching a movie to spend the time. The shower had the perfect temperature and pressure, and they had all the ameneties! Honestly, I was super happy with our stay!! Thank you so much!

The room was very clean, the view amazing, the bed very confortabile and the breakfast just delicious. We had omelette, fruits, pancakes, tea and coffee, rotti. The host very welcoming, helped us with the laundry. We booked it for 2nights but we stayed one more night, as the location was amazing.

If you’re coming to Nuwara Eliya with visions of old world charm this is the place for you. We loved our huge bedroom, it was perfect for a family of four. The decor and building design are gorgeous. The home is spotlessly clean. The hosts were very kind. The food delicious and fresh, the free breakfast was outstanding. It is a bit out of the town centre but this was a positive in our eyes. Easy walk into town or tuk tuk is cheap. Really recommend this place.
