Great location not far from town centre, bus station, railway station etc. nestled in a leafy area away from the chaos of town. We watched the squirrels and birds from the balcony while eating breakfast. Siraj was a fantastic host. Best pancakes and fruit platter. He was very friendly and helped us answer our questions about Kandy. PickMe and Uber work well here too.

The hotel is very nice surounded by nature. Big room with everything you need. We felt very special and fantastic treated here. Kumar is the most kind and helpful person I ever met. Kingsman House is a very cozy place in Kandy and felt like a home away from home in Sri Lanka. The staff, Chamilla, is kind and accommodating and he ran the place well. The house is clean, beddings are of hotel standard, and the views are breathtaking. There are common areas in the house where you can lounge and hangout with your friends and each place is comfortable. We booked the place with their free breakfast and it exceeded our expectations. Their house tea with milk is a great place to start if you want something to drink upon arriving. Overall, I think because Chamilla has been of great help and he made us feel safe at Kingsman House, I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for having us!

it’s really stylish and cozy place surrounded by nature. Very clean and spacious. Bed was super big and comfy. Owner is wonderful, very caring and kind! we enjoyed our stay there. It’s not too far from the centre. You can take bus, tuk tuk either taxi. once we even had a walk from the lake. I would come again.

Eranga is a super nice host. The room was very clean and had a nice view. Eranga managed all our trips, he even went to the train station to get us train tickets to Ella 1 month before arriving. That was so nice! Thank you! Eranga is very caring and always asks for help. Wifi is always working. This place is absolutely top and definitely one of our favorite places in Sri Lanka. Thanks!
