Andrea is super friendly and helpful. He gave us many good tipps where to go (Restaurants, Bars, Golfcar-Rental, excursion destinations). The rooms are amazing and they have a very good taste of interior design. Also very clean, good AC and fresh coffee everyday. Bed also very comfy. The Hotel is very central, near to the beach, restaurants, bars and groceries. But its still quiet to sleep. We felt in very good hands. So we totally recommend this hotel! Thank you Andrea for this warm and friendly stay. Your Hotel deserves 100 of 100 points. <3

We didn't look for any fancy things and I was really surprised. It was better than I expected. The location is perfect, near everything. The place is clean, the room was really clean. We had hot water. WiFi was good The staff was kind and helpful If we come back for sure it will be there. Thank you :)

My partner and I had a great experience with our host Enrique and Enrique junior both are fantastic warm welcoming people that we enjoyed interacting with. Enrique is a great host, he's very friendly and a nice person and well informed of the areas in Cancun, PLAYA del CARMEN and TUlum for advice. The room we had was a nice big and clean bed, with nice comfy pillows and bed sheets and came with a functional A.C ( Air Conditioner), room was always fresh and cool. The washroom came with clean towels, hand liqued soap and body wash bar that smelled refreshing. Location is inside a gated community and is very safe. We will be coming back soon my friend Enrique to talk more about motorcycles and various subjects. THANK YOU AGAIN MY FRIEND. ABDUL & PATY

The staff were so wonderful- kind, helpful and accommodating! Check in was easy with clear instructions, the room was huge and the aircon and fan were a welcomed addition in the heat. The included breakfast was good (eggs, toasts, hot beverages etc). The pool was lovely and the outside area was a great place to spend the afternoon.
