B&Bs in Lake Tekapo

I would not think twice to rent it again if needed, excellent accommodation, it ticked all our boxes. Fairly modern and well equipped. Good location and view. We loved our stay.

Loved the view and bed comfort and other facilities

Lake Tekapo is a small dream town with amazing views of the southern alps. Our room at Ranginui at Lake Tekapo had amazing lake and Mountain View and the blue waters of the lake look surreal. This is a very well maintained B&B and feel super premium. Our host Ann is so sweet and helpful. She served us hot breakfast with multiple options and you dine in the main dining hall. It is like a close friend hosting you at their home for breakfast. Ann loves to share all the tourist tips and would suggest great options around Tekapo and even for your extended road trips in NZ. Thank you so much Ann and we loved every minute of our stay there.

The house was clean, modern, and in an excellent location. It comfortably accommodated our group of 8 adults and 2 children.

This is really the most satisfying place I have ever stayed in. The room is large and comfortable, and the view outside the window amazes me and my husband. Everything in the room is complete. If given the chance I would choose here again!

I had an amazing stay and experienced the best customer service at this hotel . I made a last-minute booking at Te Manawa Lakeside Garden. I just needed a place to stay for a night before I headed back to christchurch from a hiking trip. Booked the last room available with a double bed at a reasonable price of $208/night. Great location, only 2-3 minute drive from the town center and Lake Tekapo, The room I got was cozy, very clean and tidy ,includes a Tv, fridge, microwave, toaster, dinnerset, and varieties of teas and a nespresso coffee machine. and received some freebies from the hotel as well. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, and the water pressure of the shower was perfect. Aside from the room's A/C heat pump, the bed also has an electric blanket, which was just perfect for the winter season. Jerry, the receptionist who welcomed me, was extremely nice and friendly and very accommodating, I just wanna send my biggest appreciation to Jerry for going above and beyond with customer service. hours after checking out. I missed a few calls from the hotel's number, and then I received a text from Jerry saying that I left my Beanie in the room I stayed in. I told him I couldn't come back to get it because I was already traveling and I dont know when I'm gonna return to Tekapo. Jerry asked for my address and sent my Beanie through the post. I can't thank him enough for sending back my favorite Beanie, which was a gift from my mom. Truly appreciate the unexpected kindest gesture. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tekapo.
