Perfect location on heights near taranaki, overlooking a small valley. Close to many attractive spots, such as mangorei trails, Pukeiti garden. There is a nice bath tub on the decker, from which you can see the valley while taking bath. The lodge is well designed with open access to outdoors and with privacy. The facilities are new and clean. Breakfast is Ok.

The Lilly Inn is a pleasant surprise. The check in process is easy and there's a designated car park. It has lovely private gardens with sea views. It's a nice downstairs apartment with a comfy bed and big TV with Sky. It has nice coffee and cereals with peaches and pineapple lumps, It's a leisurely walk down to the coastal walkway and the bell block shops. Sitting outside under the deck at the end of the day enjoying the sea view and listening to the ocean was memorable. Scott and Deb are super hosts.

You will hardly ever find an accommodation with a better view, nicer and friendlier host and more luxury equipped interior. It was amazing. Such a jewel in accommodation! And the host: such a nice, friendly, welcoming, helpful and great guy. He even baked his own bread for us for breakfast. Simply the best. Thank you so much!
