Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming Our room and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and beautifully presented. It is also pet friendly so were able to bring our dog who had the run of the fully fenced property.

Beautiful, retro decor (I believe 19th Century) yet modern, comfortable room and bed, great view of the lake. Quiet location, a few minutes drive from the centre. Besides the room, a sitting room is available (I used it for a zoom session without having to disturb my partner). Well equipped bathroom, excellent shower. Kindest hosts!

Lots of electrical outlets available for charging. Relatively modern and very clean. The comfort of everything provided was beyond expectations for what was shown in the photos. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and even helped us out when we had gas issues with our car.

Best experience ever!!! Amazing amazing amazing hosts!!! Paul and Liz are fantastic people and we had a memorable stay with them. They are genuinely nice and their home is so so lovely. We hope to be back one day. Really close to the lake and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Nanette is so amazing, and staying here was truly like a dream. She made a terrific, hearty breakfast including fresh bread, eggs, coffee with all options of milk, and even offered vegetarian breakfast options to my vegetarian guest. She readily offered fruit from her fruit tree and fresh smoothies every day. She let us do our laundry for free, moved cars around when we struggled to back out, and offered recommendations for the city. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to everyone I know. Nanette is so sweet and kind, it's truly like staying with family.

Off street parking and easy Uber ride into town if needed. Home made treats and continental breakfast with yummy Bircher muesli was great to start our day.
