The breakfast is amazing, consisting of fruit, mango sticky rice, Pad Thai / fried rice, bread and coffee (honestly they had one of the best fried rice I tried in Thailand so far!). The owner and all of the staff are super super nice. We arrived quite early in the morning, a bit before 8am, and stopped by to drop the bags - they offered us breakfast, which was amazing! The room and the entire property are very clean. The location is good, inside the old town. The value for money is exceptional here. Highly recommend Ma Guesthouse in you are coming to Chiang Mai!

I visited Thailand in different regions and areas and stayed at different accommodations. Mr. Little and his family are wonderful hosts. They made sure that every request I had get sorted asap. Outstanding, easy to access, clean and functional, service-minded, solution-focused, kind and professional - just a few adjectives to describe the guest house hotel and my hosts. Their listing is an exceptional choice to stay in and I warmly recommend it to anybody who is planning to visit Chiang Mai!

We had a great stay in HeyHa House. The owners are adorable, very helpful and speak good English. The room is clean and well furnished They have snacks available so you can always get yourself a tea, a toast or a bottle of drinking water It is a bit far from the old town, but the location is nice, in a very local street, with a lot of food options and shops.

    I absolutely loved this place. Very basic, but cheap, in a great location and friendly and helpful staff. Shower was warm as well which I didn't expect! Really liked how it was close to lots of pubs but perfectly quiet. Also staff were very helpful in getting me to my next location.

    Cheap, cheerful and charming. The property was super well located, down a quiet private street and close to the night market. The hosts were super accommodating too - we checked out and left our luggage to go on a day trip but they let us shower and freshen up before our flight.
