CanadaWe loved our stay at Gol Pension. We were driving from Bodrum and got in late because of a storm, and our hosts waited up for us, made sure we were comfortable, and recommended a place that was open late for dinner. The room was comfortable and clean with a lovely balcony looking out onto the water. The room was very inexpensive and it came with the best Turkish breakfast we had our entire trip. You don't order anything, they just keep bringing out plate after plate of tasty things. Clearly all deliciously homemade by our very nice hosts. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer in Egridir! Truly beautiful spot.

Location was good, at the end of the peninsula, and very quiet. Within walking distance of many cafes and restaurants, with beautiful views over the lake and mountains. It's a charming place with an incredible view of the lake. Very close to restaurants. And the host was very warm and welcoming, even helping us with our heavy luggage and preparing a massive breakfast spread for us in the morning!
