Themi View is most definately one of the hidden gems in Arusha. The main house including the garden and views along the Themi River are quite impressive. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms/villa are very comfortable. I have really enjoyed my time there and look forward to returning again. I would recommend Themi View to all travelling through Arusha looking for a quiet and comfortable home away from home.

I had a wonderful stay at The Hills Villas in Arusha. The hosts was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, nice serene compound and easy access to local attractions. I also enjoyed the diverse menu, which featured a variety of delicious indigenous foods that catered to different tastes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

It's quite a cool place. Nice breakfast, Izak is the owner of this house and can easily arrange whatever you need. And he does it for the good price. Also he has another house out of town where you can stay alone or share this home with anyone. And there you can walk wherever you want. Around the house there are always birds singing.I spend 2 weeks here and it was pretty nice. P.S. Only if you come to Msovi House you would get some secret special view point close to the house. There are photos from village walking, the bird outside the window is from a house outside the city and you will lose count if you start counting, and also a photo from a view point.

This place is a gem! I came with a friend for two nights and we enjoyed the big room with the private bathroom. The next day my friend left, and I met some great people at the hostel so I stayed for another night at a room with a shared bathroom. The owner, David, is really nice and welcoming, and we spent a whole 3 hours talking at breakfast. A lot of interesting people stop by at the hostel so you get to meet good people. The breakfast is plain but good: they offer to make you eggs of your choice, they have hot water on the table, some spreads, coffee & tea, fresh bread. The place is located about 20 minutes by walk from the clock tower, and like 5 minutes in tuktuk. I enjoyed my stay very much and I will return in the future! Highly suggested!

For a short stop it was excellent. Lovely outdoor area for evening meal, beer and a chat. Staff wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Excellent value for money. Easy to get into Arusha with a Bajaji if need be.
