The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Just like out of a Hallmark movie. The breakfast was delicious and they always had tea, coffee and snacks available. The property was beautiful and the views were breathtaking.

Berry Springs Lodge provides a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 8.3 km of Dollywood and 9.1 km of Dolly Parton's Stampede.

Lovely quiet retreat away from the bedlam of Pigeon Forge. Excellent attention to detail. Coffee and variety of non- alcoholic drinks are available for free. . Every evening a dessert is served. The breakfasts were varied and ample. The staff is very friendly. Lots of on siite activities.

An outdoor pool with a hot tub, indoor pool, and free WiFi are available to all guests of Gatlinburg Zoders Inn and Suites. Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies is within 10 minutes' walk.

Zoders is in a perfect location - on the north end of Gatlinburg so you can avoid the traffic when heading north. It's a five minute walk to the center of town. The grounds are spectacular: great diversity of rooms that I had fun expolring, a firepit area that is peaceful and a great indoor pool so you can take a dip even in cold December. I had a room with a balcony right on the river - I kept the door open all night to I could listen to the water.
