My stay at Rainbow Palace BnB was excellent. The host ensured they were on site for both my arrival and departure. The place was exceptionally clean and only a short taxi ride to the center of Bloemfontein. I would gladly stay again!

I do not know where to begin... I booked a room for me and the boys to take a break after a six hour drive from East London. It was a last-minute booking, and the hostess was so accommodating and lovely. I stopped by at the petrol station to buy snacks before heading to InBloem, and that's when all hell broke loose for me. I discovered that my wallet had been lost/stolen at our last stop in Aliwal North. In panick, my first thought was to go back! I then called the hostess to let her know what had happened and to cancel my booking. She was concerned about our safety, and she calmed me down and came up with various solutions. She even went as far as calling the ALiwal North local police to send someone to the garage and to speak to the staff there. She was amazing at perspective, and I will never forget how she made me feel supported in that moment when I needed it. I feel like I owe her, although my wallet wasn't found in the end, but her efforts were unmatched. Thank you so much. The stay itself was amazing. The beds were so comfy, the room is so spacious, and they have good facilities. Secure and lots of parking space. Awesome stay, and I'm definitely coming back. This is an easy 5 🌟 I have ever given.

Our stay at Bella Blue Guesthouse was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of care from Rynette, the host. The guesthouse itself is beautifully maintained, with stylish and modern décor that made us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail, like the fresh linens and thoughtful amenities, truly made a difference. The location is another major plus – situated in a quiet and safe area, yet close enough to easily reach the main attractions of Bloemfontein. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and appreciated the personalised touches that made it a memorable experience. Our host was extremely accommodating with our late check in. Love how safe the Guesthouse felt with our check in. Excellent directions on how to access the Guesthouse including parking. This layover was highly recommended to us. The beds were fantastic for a great night's sleep, just what we needed having been on the road for day and traveling with an infant. We were all well rested for our last stretch of the road trip. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. Loved everything about this Guesthouse! Thank you so much for accommodating my family and I. We look forward to staying a little longer on our next visit.

The aesthetic appeal was amazing, very morden and clean. The rooms were very spacious and furniture comfortable. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and dishware for use. The owner was welcoming and friendly, even offered to help with the kids that we had since they wet asleep at our arrival time. My family will definitely go back there. This has been the most wonderful stay my family had ever had in Bloemfontein.
